The extra heavy-duty series adjustable shoring prop is designed for large-span bridge engineering, deep tunnel support, super high-rise building core tube construction and other heavy-load formwork support scenarios. This series of adjustable shoring prop uses reinforced 76mm outer tube with 3.5mm wall thickness, matched with 60.3mm inner tube with 3.5mm wall thickness, with adjustable length ranging from 2000mm to 4000mm, and safe working load up to 80kN in fully closed state. The extra heavy-duty series adopts double reinforced end plates and thickened seamless steel tube, with superior anti-deformation and anti-bending performance under long-term ultra-high load.

The electrostatic spraying treatment with epoxy zinc-rich primer can adapt to acid-base and chemical corrosion environments. The low-temperature resistant galvanizing treatment is specially designed for cold-area projects with large temperature difference, to avoid zinc layer cracking in extreme low temperature environment.
