1. Full-Automatic Multi-Point Riveting, Consistent Connection Quality
YMT riveted steel walk board adopts full-automatic multi-point riveting process, with high-strength steel rivets used for each connection joint. The automatic equipment precisely controls the riveting force, ensuring 100% consistent connection strength of each joint. The riveted joints are firm and reliable, with no loosening during long-term turnover use, providing stable support for high-altitude construction.
2. Anti-Slip Perforated Surface, Drainage & Sand Removal, All-Weather Safe
The surface of YMT steel walk board is stamped with raised anti-slip round holes by CNC punching machine, with uniform hole positions and consistent raised height. The raised anti-slip holes greatly improve the friction coefficient of the panel, with an anti-slip coefficient of more than 0.6, which can effectively prevent workers from slipping during construction. The through-hole design also realizes the functions of drainage and sand removal, no water accumulation on rainy days, no sand and debris accumulation, ensuring all-weather safe construction.
3. Cold Formed U-Shaped Reinforcing Ribs, Superior Load-Bearing Performance
YMT steel walk board adopts one-time cold forming process, the two sides of the panel are cold bent into U-shaped reinforcing ribs, forming a closed force-bearing section, which greatly improves the bending resistance and anti-deformation ability. The internal transverse reinforcing plates are fixed at intervals, which further improves the overall rigidity of the walk board, and avoids the middle sagging deformation of long-size walk boards under heavy load. Under the standard span, the maximum deflection is less than 1/200 of the span under 3kN/㎡ uniform load, with no permanent deformation, fully meeting the EN 12811 standard requirements.
4. Self-Locking End Hooks, Tool-Free Installation & Anti-Falling Design
Both ends of YMT steel walk board are equipped with thickened self-locking hooks, which are formed by CNC stamping and bending, perfectly matching the global mainstream scaffolding tube specifications. The self-locking design can be directly hooked on the scaffolding crossbar without any tools, which can effectively prevent the walk board from shifting and falling off during construction. The hooks are firmly connected to the panel, with superior tensile and shear resistance, ensuring connection safety under heavy load.
5. Full Hot Dip Galvanized Anti-Corrosion, Ultra-Long Service Life
YMT steel walk board adopts overall hot dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment in strict accordance with EN ISO 1461 standard, with zinc layer thickness ≥85μm, heavy-duty models can reach 120μm. The dense and uniform zinc layer forms a 360° all-round anti-corrosion barrier, with excellent anti-rust performance, which can adapt to harsh construction environments such as coastal high-salt fog areas and high humidity regions. The normal turnover service life can reach more than 8 years, greatly reducing the maintenance and replacement cost for customers.
