Available in three versatile designs (solid perforated plate, expanded metal mesh, and ribbed steel plate), our planks feature anti-slip surfaces to prevent accidental falls, while reinforced internal ribs and welded frames enhance load-bearing capacity (up to 250kg/m²). The precise, uniform structure guarantees consistent performance across all units, with no warping or deformation under heavy loads.
Equipped with pre-welded hooks at both ends, the planks can be quickly and securely attached to H-frame, portal, or frame scaffolding systems, compatible with standard 48.3mm or 60.3mm scaffold tubes. This tool-free installation drastically cuts on-site labor time and boosts work efficiency, making it ideal for fast-paced construction projects.
